How We Generate Equity
The Ford Mance REIT owns properties that pay dividends, and we are developing a new property now and expect to acquire more in the future. In addition to paying dividends from our current properties, investors will also receive their share of dividends from the new properties we develop or acquire. We expect our properties to appreciate in value and investors will also share in the profits from that appreciation. We expect our REIT to pay 6-9% annually, plus anticipated property value appreciations.
